Ski & Snowboard racks at Roof Rack Centre

Well summer is over & the dropping temps in Melbourne have all of us thinking about snow & ski holidays that are not far away.Today's product reviews will be focusing on the different brands
of ski & snowboard carriers on the market today.Thule is a well know brand to many of us in Aus &
they have some great gear for carrying boards & skis, there Extender 739 is a great unit that not
only has the features of your standard ski/board carrier, but it also slides in the cross bars to make loading & unloading a breeze.

Another great snowboard carrier from Thule is there 575 Universal carrier. Its great to sit your boards in next to your roof box where conventional board carriers might be too wide. The angled
design raises your boards bindings to prevent damage to your boards or vehicle & its fully lockable to keep your boards safe of your vehicle.

Yakima is a brand fairly new to Aus but very well know in the U.S.A they also have some great snow gear & a full range of roof boxes, bike carriers etc also. There roof top board & ski carriers are the Powderhound & the Fatcat. The are available in the 4 ski / 2 board & the 6 ski / 4 board versions.
The powederhound with universal mounting hardware can fit round, square & most aero cross bars
straight out of the box.A nice large single button operation that can be used with your gloves on &
fully lockable they are a great entry level unit.

The Fatcat 4 & 6 is the ultimate in ski & snowboard transport. They have an integrated binding lift for extra clearance between your gear & the roof of your vehicle.Aerodynamic nesting arms for a super slick look, single button easy operation with or without your gloves & fully lockable.

These are only a few of whats available at the Roof Rack Centre to help you bring all your gear on your next snow holiday,we also have loads of roof top boxes, roof racks, snow chains etc to help
make your holiday safe & enjoyable.Contact our sales team six days a week for the best advice
on whats available to suit your needs. All these products are available for purchase online at our
Roof Rack Centre website or call into our showroom 6 days a week to discuss your options with
